Cheryl L. Hall, Ph.D., MSCP is a medical/prescribing psychologist in New Mexico and a licensed psychologist in Texas. Dr. Hall sees adults and children for medication evaluation and management, including both prescribing and deprescribing, to achieve optimal reduction of symptoms that create distress and interfere in daily functioning. She has extensive experience treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including, but not limited to, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, mood disorders (depression/bipolar disorder), and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Her approach is interactive and supportive and she enjoys working with individuals of all ages. Services are provided primarily via telehealth, but she is available in office upon request.

Marlin Hoover, Ph.D., MSCP., ABPP, is a clinical psychologist in New Mexico and a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois. Dr. Hoover is board certified in clinical psychology and medical psychology. He earned a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Postdoctoral Masters in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was the seventh psychologist licensed to prescribe psychoactive medications in New Mexico.
In 2007 he joined the faculty of the Southern New Mexico Family Medicine Residency in Las Cruces where he taught resident physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and clinical pharmacists until his retirement in 2019. He has done research and publications on the relationship between personality and heart disease, training of psychologists, training of physicians, and validation of personality tests.
Prior to his retirement from teaching and prescribing, Dr. Hoover taught clinical psychopharmacology as an adjunct faculty member for New Mexico State University and Fairleigh Dickenson University. Dr. Hoover serves as an expert consultant in psychopharmacology for Looking Glass RxP.
Elaine S. LeVine, Ph.D, ABMP is a medical psychologist who specializes in family psychotherapy and psychotropic management of mental disorders. She has been a tenured professor and adjunct faculty at New Mexico State University and has maintained a private practice for over 40 years. Dr LeVine has published three scholarly books and numerous journal articles on various aspects of human development, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology.
Dr. LeVine has a limited practice. Presently she supervises prescribing psychologists in training and consults on complex psychopharmacology concerns. She is currently consulting with psychologists in Ukraine.
Melody Moore, PhD, MSCP, in a medical prescribing psychologist in New Mexico and a clinical psychologist in Texas. She is an integrative psychologist who specializes in holistic care of women and children. Dr. Moore has experience working with adoptive families, perinatal and postnatal women, individuals with substance use disorders, and women and children with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders.
Dr. Moore also helps individuals who want to discontinue or decrease their psychotropic medication. After a thorough and intensive intake and brief assessment, we can decide together how to help you be the best version of yourself.
